General Questions

What services do you offer?

We provide therapeutic massage, medical massage, chronic pain relief sessions, Himalayan salt stone massage, sports massage, lymphatic work, relaxation sessions, and specialty programs for veterans and single parents. Our services are designed to be gentle, healing, and supportive of your long-term wellness.

Do you accept new clients?

Yes. We welcome new clients, including veterans, students, single parents, and individuals seeking affordable therapeutic care.

Appointments & Scheduling

How do I book a session?

You can request an appointment directly through our website or by calling (915) 253-5264. We’ll confirm availability and follow up with next steps.

Do you take walk-ins?

At this time, we are appointment-only to ensure each client receives personalized care and dedicated time.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee.

For Veterans

Do you accept VA referrals?

We are currently awaiting approval. We plan to support veterans through approved VA Community Care referrals for massage therapy. If you need help obtaining a referral, we can guide you through the process.

Can veterans receive longer sessions (60 minutes)?

Yes. Based on clinical need and symptom complexity, we can request an extension from 30 minutes to 60 minutes through VA referral guidelines.

Massage Therapy Questions

What should I expect at my first appointment?

You’ll complete a short intake form, discuss your concerns with your therapist, and receive a customized session focused on your needs. Your comfort and safety are always the priority.

Can I receive massage if I have injuries or chronic conditions?

Yes—massage can be adapted safely for most conditions, including post-surgery pain, sciatica, nerve restrictions, and chronic stress. We review your history to customize your care.

Do you offer prenatal massage?

Yes we offer prenatal massage starting in the second trimester. Contact us for more details. 

What should I wear to my session?

Wear whatever is comfortable. You will be properly draped at all times. Only the area being worked on is uncovered.

Programs for Single Parents & Low-Income Families

Do you offer free or discounted services?

Yes. Through our Wellness Within Community Program, we offer:

• Two free sessions per month for approved single parents

• Sliding-scale rates based on need

• Supportive services tailored for stress, chronic pain, and emotional wellness

How do I apply?

An application PDF is available on our website. Once completed, our team reviews it within 72 hours.

Payments 

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, debit/credit, and approved VA authorizations.

Are your therapists licensed?

Yes. All therapists are properly licensed in Texas. 

Is your practice trauma-informed?

Yes. We prioritize client comfort, boundaries, consent, and a peaceful environment.
